12 Year Standard Warranty All Sunglo greenhouses come with the following warranty: 1. EXTENSION AND SCOPE OF LIMITED WARRANTY. Sunglo warrants to the purchaser of it's plant enclosures, parts and accessories that such goods are free from defects and omissions in material and workmanship as delivered in unassembled and unaltered form. 2. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER. SUNGLO WARRANTS THAT ITS ACRYLIC MATERIALS WILL BE FREE FROM PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THE EFFECT OF SUNLIGHT FOR TWELVE YEARS FROM THE DELIVERY OF THE UNASSEMBLED GOODS TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OR DEALER. SUNGLO LIMITS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ON ALL OTHER GOOD TO ONE YEAR AFTER THE DELIVERY OF THE UNASSEMBLED GOODS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OR DEALER. (Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.) SUNGLO MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE. OTHER THAN SUCH WARRANTY PURCHASER ACCEPTS THESE GOODS "AS IS." SUNGLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR USERS OF THESE GOODS FOR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER ACT OR OMISSION. SUNGLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, CONTINGENT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE MANUFACTURE, DESIGN, SALE, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, REPAIR, ALTERATION OR USE OF ANY GOODS SOLD TO THE PURCHASER. (Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.) 3. SUNGLO'S RESPONSIBILITIES. The obligation of Sunglo under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of any defective materials at Sunglo's option and at Sunglo's place of business, with all shipping and related expenses paid by the purchaser. 4. OTHER TERMS Sungloe does not assure or authorize any other party to assume any liability for sunglo in connection with its goods other than the expressed above. This document constitutes the entire obligation of Sunglo and is the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the warranty provided herein. |
